Shipping
We provide free regular shipping service for the order above $100. Extra cover for loss or damage can be arranged at customer’s cost. Please contact us for extra cover as the insurance cost is subject to the order price.
Warranty
We provide 1 year labour and parts warranty since purchase for all our product against product defects,but physical damage isn’t covered. The warranty doesn’t cover shipping and handling cost either.
Refund Policy
Returns for refund are acceptable within 15 days since purchase. All returns are subject to handling fees. All used equipments are not returnable. The equipement must be in new, un-used,re-sellable condition and in it’s original package to return. Please contact us first to get RMA code before you ship the returns
